Terms and Conditions in case of Non – Refundable Orders
Orders delivered to neighbours/ security guards/ receptions/ letterboxes cannot be refunded.
Once the order processed cannot be cancelled and the amount cannot be refunded.
Acceptance declined by a third party such as a Receptionist, another family member, a staff member etc cannot be refunded.
Once the Orders get Processed shipping address cannot be edited.
Eligible
- Raise a return request within 2 days of item delivery for the following criteria.
- In the case, you received a faulty or defective product.
- In the case, you received a physically damaged product.
- In the case, you are unhappy with the product quality.
- In the case, you receive a different product from a description on the website.
- In the case, the Size of the product is not proper or Fitting issue.
Not Eligible
If the product that has been worn/washed/used.
If the product which was sold as combos/sets are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.
In the case of Toys & Watches items, brands’ return, repair, and replacement policy will apply.
Note:
Perishable goods such as food , flowers, cakes, chocolates, personalized good or goods made to a customer’s specifications and Fragrances, toiletries, cosmetics, drinks and sanitary products are not covered by the refund/exchange policy unless they are faulty or damaged .
Any defects if found in the gifts (perishable products) should be immediately reported by either the recipient or the sender within 24 hours of the gift (perishable products) received. In the case of failing to do so, we will not accept any request to replace the same.
If any defects were to find in an electronic item, customer has to contact the vendor and return the item to them
Items must be in their original condition. Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled items with their original tags will be accepted. Brand packaging should be intact.
Replacements will be made based on availability of that item with the Merchant .
No gift coupons are applicable on gift vouchers.
When the refund is accepted you will receive the payment to your customer payment-originated media
